Psychotherapy For Adults

I approach adult psychotherapy as a deep exploration of the self, one which requires vulnerability, trust, and a strong therapeutic alliance. I work to create a comfortable, respectful, and open dialogue with my clients. As your therapist, I attend carefully to the details of your life and work with you to construct a treatment plan that is motivating and manageable. I will pull from my extensive and ongoing training in various modalities of treatment, including psychodynamic treatments and behavioral interventions (CBT and DBT). Whether you are seeking therapy to work through issues in relationships, life transitions, daily life stressors, or trauma, my priority is to meet you where you are in your journey and to help you develop the insight and tools that best suit your needs. I see adults in-person or virtually, typically once or twice weekly for 50-minute sessions.
